The Channeling Hope Foundation Europe by HK is a non-profit limited liability company recognized by the Cologne District Court on the commercial register sheet HRB 120 971 dated October 30, 2024. According to the exemption notice from the Cologne-West tax office dated November 18, 2024, the gGmbH is registered under tax number 223/5903/1040.

1. Limitation of liability
   The contents of the website are written with the greatest possible care. However, the provider cannot guarantee that the content provided is correct, complete and up-to-date. The use of the contents of the website is at the user’s own risk. Contributions marked by name reflect the opinion of the respective author and not always the opinion of the provider. The mere use of the provider’s website does not create any contractual relationship between the user and the provider.
2. External links
   If the website contains links to third-party websites (“external links”), these are subject to the liability of the respective operators. However, when the external links were first linked, the provider checked the third-party content for any legal violations and determined at that time that no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked pages.    By visiting the provider’s website, information about the access (date, time, page viewed) can be saved. This data does not belong to the personal data, but is anonymized. It is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. No data will be passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. The provider expressly points out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) has security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties.
